User story
As the person who pays the household bills, I want a keep-or-cancel decision for every recurring charge before the next billing day, so I am not paying two merchants for the same service.
Task description
Use the Recurring charges sheet. Mark each charge Keep or Cancel, cancel one of each duplicate pair, and set each cancel deadline to the day before that row's next billing date. Write the decision list in Cancellation decisions, and check a public cancellation page in Firefox.

Decide which recurring household charges to keep and which to cancel before the next billing day, so the person who pays the bills is not paying two merchants for the same kind of service.
What is already available?

A G-Sheet named Recurring charges lists six fictional charges. Columns are Merchant, What it is for, Monthly amount, Next billing date, and Last used. Two music services and two photo-storage services cover the same needs. The other two rows are one electric bill and one phone plan. No keep or cancel mark, no cancellation deadline, and no decision note exist yet.

What will you actually create, analyze or decide?
Result and checks
In G-Sheets, mark each charge Keep or Cancel. Cancel one charge in each pair that covers the same need, and keep a charge that is the only one of its kind. For each Cancel row, set the deadline to the day before its next billing date. In G-Docs, write the decision list the bill payer will follow: merchant, keep or cancel, the monthly amount that stops, and the deadline. In Firefox, open the public help page for cancelling one of the merchants marked Cancel and confirm the note names the steps on that page.
How will you verify the result?

Confirm one music service and one photo-storage service are marked Cancel, and the electric bill and phone plan are marked Keep. Confirm each Cancel deadline is the day before that row's next billing date. Move one billing date by two days and confirm only that deadline changes. Confirm the G-Docs list matches the sheet.
